Integrated Health Cooperative, LLC is Hiring a Business Development Coordinator Near Pittsburgh, PA

Integrated Health 21 (IH21) is a leading provider of worksite screenings and vaccinations clinics across the continental United States. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with offices in Elmsford and Syracuse, New York and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. IH21 partners with insurance companies, brokers, and employer groups to customize health and wellness programs with the goal of improving the overall health for their employees and insured.

Job Responsibilities
As a key member of the Business Development Team, this position will work closely with Senior Management to generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
Duties include:
  • Produce timely and accurate word documents (reports, memos, proposals, agreements, power point presentations, etc.).
  • Provide a wide range of administrative and support tasks for members of the Business Development Team.
  • Conduct research to gather information for specified projects. Collect, compile, and analyze data and information and compose straightforward descriptions of results.
  • Act as a project manager for both non-reoccurring and ongoing assignments, which may include planning and coordinating presentations, disseminating information, direct mailings, etc.
  • Demonstrate the ability to craft and deliver concise and informative communications, to listen and address concerns, and to transfer and translate information from one level of the organization to another.
  • Draft written responses or replies to correspondence and respond to requests for information.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and department activities.
  • Coordinate updates to website and social media accounts.
  • Track and report on the status of proposal components to ensure contracts are executed, as agreed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Network and build relationships with existing client base.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, conventions to develop expertise and team build.
  • Demonstrate ethical practice needed to maintain high levels of professional integrity, and to promote the core values throughout the organization.

Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to function in a base paced and at time stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Google Office Suite or related software.
  • Work in corporate office
